Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers installation defects — improper flashing, incorrect nailing, valley leaks, and ridge cap failures caused by our crew. If a leak stems from how we installed the roof (not material flaws or acts of nature), we repair it at no cost.
To file a claim, contact us with photos of the issue. We inspect within 5 business days, diagnose the cause, and if it's workmanship-related, schedule a free repair. Every claim is documented for your records. (510) 327-8325
